Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me it owns the property at 82 East Street, Enderley, Hamilton. The property is no longer fit for purpose, as such it has not been offered to other providers and we are considering its future use. For previous use and dates I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 39084 (2026).
