Answer

I am advised by Kāinga Ora that 41 of these homes received their CCC by 31 August 2026. A CCC is not required for occupation of Kāinga Ora homes on Kāinga Ora-owned land. In some cases, homes are occupied while CCC documentation is being processed, and the timing of CCC issuance varies between Building Consent Authorities and regions
