I am advised by Kāinga Ora that the breakdown by month of delivery for the 299 properties is as follows: • September 2025 - 2 • October 2025 – 12 • December 2025 – 6 • March 2026 – 22 • April 2026 – 37 • May 2026 – 43 • Jun 2026 – 177 A CCC is not required for occupation of Kāinga Ora homes on Kāinga Ora-owned land. In some cases, homes are occupied while CCC documentation is being processed, and the timing of CCC issuance varies between Building Consent Authorities and regions
