Answer

I received two briefings on 13 August which made reference to the judicial review process currently underway: the Briefing to the Incoming Minister for Space, which will be proactively released in due course, and an aide memoire, Priority areas in the Space portfolio. The previous Minister received an email notifying them of the judicial review process and responded to media queries on it.
