As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters relating to my Prime Minister and National Security and Intelligence portfolios, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). In my capacity as Prime Minister I have received advice from DPMC officials on the judicial review challenging the approval of BlackSky satellite launches. I also refer the member to the response provided by the Minister for Space to Written Parliamentary Question 36425 (2026).
