Answer

There are currently no automated approval processes operating within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Asia New Zealand Foundation does not use automated approvals. Antarctica New Zealand does use two automated 'Request for approval' workflows using Power Automate in Sharepoint Libraries.
