Answer

The Local Government (Water Services) Act 2025 requires that each party to a transfer agreement must make the agreement publicly available. Under that Act, parties may redact information that is commercially sensitive from the published versions of the agreement. The Commerce Commission requires each party to a transfer agreement to provide it with an unredacted copy of the agreement. It will not publish any information that is commercial sensitive.
