Answer

I refer the Member to my answer to Written question 33060 (2026). Additionally, in October 2025 Airways informed shareholding Ministers and the Associate Minister of Transport that the Boards of Airways International Limited (AIL), Aeropath Limited and Airways Training Limited approved the amalgamation of Aeropath and Airways Training with AIL, with AIL being the continuing company. The amalgamation was a change in group company structure only, and did not affect the day-to-day operations, business practices or the way the Airways Group functions.
