Answer
I am advised that, since 27 November 2023, WorkSafe New Zealand has paid board fees of $57,952 to one member of a board or committee subject to a conflict of interest management plan. Note that the conflict of interest did not arise until 1 July 2025. The period of service for the Board member is 1 July 2024 to present. WorkSafe does not record information on the proportion of agenda items attended in an easily reportable way, however I refer the Member to the response to Written Question 28087 (2026) for this part of the question.
