Answer

I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand cannot easily collate the information requested (number of agenda items), and I do not consider it is in the public's interest for them to do so. However, I am further advised that the one WorkSafe Board member with a conflict management plan has attended all Board meetings since their appointment and has not missed any items outside those from which they are recused due to their conflict of interest. The recused items constitute approximately 10-15 minutes on average per meeting, with meetings generally taking place over six hours.
