LINZ collects information about formal complaints and informal notifications of concerns that may relate to workplace bullying. These matters can be recorded either through our People team, Health, Safety and Wellbeing risk‑management system or directly by leaders. All incidents involving workplace bullying are categorised under a single category of “workplace bullying,” with no further breakdown. Refer to question 2651 for the numbers of recorded workplace bullying allegations during the period 2017 to 2026 (YTD). LINZ did not collect or report this information in the format requested for the years 2015 and 2016.
