Answer

I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples, that of the cases identified (fewer than five between 2023 and 2026 as stated in my response for WPQ 2306), no individuals were dismissed, required to resign, or had their engagement terminated following findings of workplace bullying. The Ministry holds no records indicating that such outcomes were made between 2019 and 2022. Records prior to 2019 are not held or incomplete in line with authorised and disposal requirements under the Public Records Act 2005.
