I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry), that fewer than five cases of alleged workplace bullying were referred to external investigators, mediators, the Employment Relations Authority, or other external bodies between 2023 and 2026. The Ministry holds no records of workplace bullying allegations between 2019 and 2022. Records prior to 2019 are not held or incomplete in line with authorised and disposal requirements under the Public Records Act 2005.
