Further to Replies 13163, 17212 and 17213 (2026), did the Minister or his office have any role in, or communication with ministerial colleagues regarding, the timing of NZTA's formal notification to NZ Police on 1 August 2025, or the subsequent advice to the NZ Police Road Safety Intelligence Team on 18 November 2025?
