Answer

NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) advises me that NZ Police was formally notified on 1 August 2025 of the evidence NZTA was seeking from affected individuals. NZ Police Road Safety Intelligence Team was formally advised of the affected licence holders on 18 November 2025.
