Answer

I am advised that for the 2024/25 financial year, 100% of the Ministry of Health’s buildings were powered by electricity sourced from the National Grid. Of those buildings, 14% were heated by compressed natural gas and 86% heated by electricity. For Health New Zealand, I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 15320 (2026).
