Answer

I am advised that NZ Post has received complaints or formal representations from 26 of the 142 retail partners impacted by the changes to NZ Post’s urban retail network announced in January 2026. These complaints appealed the decision to remove NZ Post services from their store. The number of complaints broken down by region is outlined in the attached table.
