Answer

I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry), that since 27 November 2023, the Ministry has enabled Microsoft Copilot in June 2024 as part of its transition to Microsoft 365 E5 and associated Microsoft enterprise licensing arrangements. Microsoft Copilot supports general productivity functions and was deployed without a separate procurement process or standalone AI contract, and operates within existing security, privacy, and responsible use controls.
