Answer

Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) runs annual surveys to measure customer and stakeholder satisfaction with the products and services it provides. In addition to these annual surveys, LINZ’s contact centre surveys up to 2,000 customers each month to gather feedback on recent interactions with LINZ services. These surveys are designed, delivered and analysed internally and do not incur external costs. In terms of surveys or polls commissioned to an external organisation, in 2024 LINZ commissioned three years of the Public Sector Reputation Index Reports from Verian, worth $20,000.
