Answer

The Department of Conservation advises me that, since 27 November 2023, it has conducted four employee experience surveys as set out in the Attachment. I am further advised that in March 2025, the Department of Conservation also participated in the Te Taunaki Public Census run by the Public Service Commission. The overall employee engagement score at that time was 79%.
