Ministry of Defence • As part of the Ministry of Defence’s procurement processes regular market engagement is conducted, including through the Government Electronic Tender System. • From time to time in the ordinary course of business the Ministry undertakes surveys of Industry engagement and internal surveys of its staff through annual subscriptions to SurveyMonkey and the legal compliance tool ComplyWith. • As part of its annual performance reporting, the Ministry also undertakes an annual Ministerial satisfaction survey to the Minister of Defence regarding its policy advice, policy support and audit and assessment work – with the results reported in its annual report. This work is integral to the Ministry’s core functions and is funded from within the Ministry’s appropriations.
