I refer the Member to the Annual Review document for Te Tari Whakatau during its 2024/25 annual review of the office’s performance, available on the Parliament website: parliament.nz/resource/en-NZ/54SCMAOC_EVI_bec5668c-1875-4e76-9a2f-08de27c0647c_MAOC3910/91cc17444f018f0b3db4321752e126549e8c4a1c Te Tari Whakatau’s response to questions 45 and 46 provides information for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. For information post-June 2025, I refer to the Speaker’s Ruling 199/6; I do not consider it to be in the public interest to undertake an exercise to identify and collate the material requested, as it will require a significant diversion of resource. The Member may wish to consider asking a more specific question.
