I am advised by Police that two roles have been identified, however describing the engagement of the roles would likely reveal the identity of the contractors which I do not believe is in the public interest to release at this time. I am further advised that not all Police contracts are set by hourly rates. Police has a range of consultancy arrangements where fee proposals include reference to various resources that may be charged out a more than $200/hr. The Serious Fraud Office does not currently engage any individual contractors or consultants at a rate exceeding $200 per hour.
