I am advised that as manager of approximately one-third of the land area of New Zealand, the Department of Conservation regularly seeks independent reviews, evaluations, and inquiries as part of its processes, including the administration of concessions, scientific research to protect nature, and other matters. Given the volume of this information, it is therefore not possible to provide a response to this question in the timeframe available.
