I am advised that this information cannot be collated by Stats NZ in a way that is readily available and that extensive work would be required to do this research. I do not consider it in the public interest to divert Stats NZ resource from critical work to this task. Stats NZ has robust conflict of interest policies which can be obtained through the Official Information Act.
