Answer

I am advised by Stats NZ that in November 2024 it entered into a six-year lease for Level 13, 191 Queen Street, Auckland, with an annual lease cost of $247,036. This change was part of a consolidation program across Stats NZ. On 30 December 2024, Stats NZ exited a lease at 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland. The site had an annual lease cost of $858,480.
