Answer

I am advised that, for reasons of cyber security, the Ministry of Health and Health New Zealand does not publish details of products which have end-of-life vulnerabilities. I am further advised that Health New Zealand has one of New Zealand’s largest and most complex IT environments and operates life-cycle replacement programmes, so the number and type of assets requiring replacement is continuously changing. Health New Zealand's digital teams delivered 552 initiatives last year, the majority of which related to life-cycle upgrade or enhancement work.
