Answer

I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand contacted every submitter by email acknowledging their notification. As necessary, Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs) directly contacted submitters if further information about a notification was required, with some RCAs also following up with submitters to let them know individually of the outcome of a site visit.  WorkSafe also sent an email to all submitters at the end of the pilot to thank them for their participation in the pilot.
