Casata Limited v Minister for Land Information: claim totalling approximately $2.1 million resulting from acquisition of land under the Public Works Act 1981 on behalf of the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) for Dowse to Petone SH2 upgrade. Any financial liability is with NZTA. Currently at filing submissions stage.
