Answer

I am advised by Pharmac that a risk assessment and recommendation to replace the Pharmac Schedule production system was completed in 2025. The recommendation for replacement and estimated overall project cost is approximately $2-3 million. The portal for Clinicians to Apply for a Named Patient Pharmaceutical Assessment is also identified as end of life and an assessment and options for a replacement will be prepared in due course.
