I refer the member to the attached table which comprises a list of legal proceedings currently being defended by Corrections where the total claimed amount exceeds $1 million. I have not supplied information regarding legal proceedings where the estimated liability exceeds $1 million, if any exist, as that information would be subject to legal privilege.
