I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that since 27 November 2023: • Thirteen (13) new Front Line Office leases have been entered into, replacing old leases. • Twenty-seven (27) existing leases were renewed. • Ten (10) leases were exited. I am further advised four (4) of the leases exited and four (4) of the leases renewed related to a broader office consolidation programme. Further details regarding these leases are commercially sensitive, therefore as per Speakers' Ruling 199-6 it is not in the public interest to provide this information.
