How many house builds have been completed each year at the Northcote Development, listed by year and number of completions?

Kainga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that to date there has been 889 build completions in the Northcote Development. Build completions is when development partners have completed construction of new homes and have been given a Practical Completion Certificate. A breakdown of this by financial year can be found in the attachment. Of these builds, 480 are new state homes, with the remainder being market available homes. All civil and infrastructure works have been completed in the Northcote Development, the balance of activity on site will be build partners completing the construction of new homes. Once the development is completed, it will see 317 old state homes having been replaced with over 1,600 new homes.
