I interpret the member's question as formal reports raised under the relevant organisational policy, within the time period noted. I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that no incidences of sexual harassment have been formally raised since 2022. Searching for information for each calendar year since 2015 to 2021 would require the Ministry to undertake a substantial manual collation exercise and divert staff from their core duties. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 199-6, I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering this question in the timeframe allowed for written parliamentary questions, is not in the public interest.
