Answer

In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that no exceptions to the requirements set out in the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet Office Circular dated13 September 2024 have been requested by DPMC. DPMC adheres to all guidance set out in Cabinet Office Circulars including the Needs-based Service Provision Cabinet Office Circular. In addition, when procuring goods and services DPMC is guided by the Government Procurement Rules. I also refer the member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 562 (2025).
