Answer

I am advised that the Policy Team at the Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana - Te Tari Whakatau were advised to familiarise themselves with the contents of the circular when it was released. There have not been any specific policy changes. However, the policy team has considered the circular’s contents, where relevant, when providing secondary opinion advice to agencies.
