Answer

Titles of advice I have received are proactively released periodically on Police's website. The Serious Fraud Office does not provide services that require a needs-based assessment and has not been asked for, or provided, any advice to the Minister on this subject, including on exemptions. This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Questions 8163 (2026).
