How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of March 2nd 2026?

Answer
I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received four fatality notifications between 2 and 8 March 2026. The notifications are being assessed to determine if they are a result of injury from work.
