How many, if any, workplace fatalities were reported to WorkSafe during the week of February 23rd 2026?

Answer
I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand received four fatality notifications between 23 February 2026 and 1 March 2026. These notifications are being assessed to determine if they are a result of injury from work.
