Hon Brooke van Velden

Answer

On 6 November 2025 my colleague Minister Seymour, in his capacity as Acting Minister of Internal Affairs, received a briefing titled BR-25-13 Minister Seymour, in his capacity as Acting Minister of Internal Affairs, visit to Auckland City Station. That briefing provided detail about Fire and Emergency’s fault logging and tracking system and that it would soon be updated. On 26 February 2026 I received a briefing titled BR-26-05 Abilities Group Fire Operational Review which included information about Fire and Emergency’s new fault management system.
