The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (the Ministry) did not produce any advice on the impact of the Environment (Disestablishment of Ministry for the Environment) Amendment Bill, as policy responsibility for the Bill sat with the Ministry for the Environment. Note that the Ministry did provide limited input on other agency advice on consequential impacts for Housing instruments.
