Answer
As Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I have received no advice from DPMC relating to the Carbon Neutral Government Programme during the requested timeframe.
