Answer

The State Highway 1 Wellington improvements project has total economic benefits estimated at between $1.6 billion and $2.9 billion Net Present Value (NPV) over 60 years. Disbenefits for vehicle operating costs are $82 million NPV, and $33 million NPV for emissions.
