Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me it will assess how well it is aligning its operations to its core mission by using the operational, financial, and service quality measures set out in its 2025/26 Statement of Performance Expectations. These measures collectively demonstrate whether Kāinga Ora is delivering and managing social housing efficiently and effectively. I also refer the Member to my reply to WPQ 697 (2026) for specific key efficiency and effectiveness measures.
