Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has a workflow system that tracks the handling of Official Information Act (OIA) requests. The information collected aligns with the expectations of the Public Service Commission (PSC) The PSC publishes OIA statistics covering Crown Entities and Government Departments’ performance and compliance every six months. The information can be found here: - https://www.publicservice.govt.nz/guidance/official-information/oia-statistics This is also my response to questions 684 (2026) and 686 (2026).
