Answer

I am advised that the Ministry of Justice is unable to provide vacancy information as of one January 2025 as this information is not available within their reporting system. I am advised that as of 1 January 2025, the Human Rights Commission had one vacancy and the Independent Police Conduct Authority had nine vacancies.
