Answer

This information is publicly available as part of the Budget 2025 Summary of Initiatives and can be found here [https://www.treasury.govt.nz/sites/default/files/2025-05/b25-sum-initiatives.pdf]. I am advised that $100M in savings were reinvested in Vote Housing and Urban Development Budget initiatives, such as supporting upfront operating supplement for social housing and the flexible fund. The remaining $25M was reinvested in the Greenfield Model through Vote Finance.
