The list below sets out the number of full time equivalent (FTE) roles and number of vacancies as of 1 January 2023, 1 January 2024, 1 January 2025 and 1 January 2026 at the Tertiary Education Commission Year Number of FTES Number of Vacancies 1 January 2026 301.8 22 1 January 2025 338.7 30 1 January 2024 364.3 30.5 1 January 2023 345.8 66 (a number of vacancies due to restructures).
