Answer

I am advised that in 2024, the Ministry for the Environment (the Ministry) updated how positions and vacancies were managed in its people systems. As a result, the Ministry is unable to provide data on vacancies as at 1 January 2024. As at 1 January 2024, the Environmental Protection Authority had 44.5 vacant full-time equivalent (FTE) positions.
