Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that information on infrastructure spend across the Large Scale Projects (LSP), broken down by financial year, is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the timeframe. Kāinga Ora also advises me that the total spend on infrastructure per LSP over the last five financial years (from FY2020/21 – FY2024/25) is: • Eastern Porirua - $138.7 million • Mangere - $147.6 million • Mount Roskill - $318.8 million • Northcote - $107.3 million • Oranga - $98.0 million • Tamaki - $142.1 million. This is also my answer to questions 629-633 (2026).
